Online Video Physiotherapy Consultation  (60 min) – $180.00

Onsite Physiotherapy Consultation  (60 min) – $180.00

1.5 hr Extended Consultation  (90 min) – $240.00

2 hr Extended Consultation  (120 min) – $300.00

All consultations are to be pre-paid via a PayPal link that Perfect Form Physio will send to you. You do not need to have a PayPal account for this. You can then get a Private Health Cover Rebate directly from your provider after the appointment.
